Stress Coping and Body Image – Koller & Grotz (2014)

A study analyzed the effects of regular Peter Hess® sound massages on participants’ stress management and body image. The study was conducted in 2007 by the International Association of Sound Massage Therapy (Internationaler Fachverband Klang-Massage-Therapie e.V.) in cooperation with the Dr. Tanja Grotz Institute and specifically examined changes in stress management and body perception over the course of repeated sessions.
