Sound Massage Sets

A sound massage set consists of several Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls matched in sound, which are put together specifically for professional use in the Peter Hess® Sound Massage. Typical singing bowl types are the Heart Bowl, Pelvic Bowl and Universal Bowl, which are used specifically on different areas of the body. Thanks to their long resonance and balanced vibration characteristics, they support deep relaxation during the sound massage. Every Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowl goes through a multi-stage testing process and is finally listened to by experienced experts. Only singing bowls with outstanding sound and vibration characteristics receive the Peter Hess® Therapy quality seal and are selected for a singing bowl massage set.

Hess Sound offers three sound massage sets for the Peter Hess® Sound Massage. The Peter Hess® Sound Massage Set S is a compact starter set with a Universal Bowl and Small Heart Bowl. The Peter Hess® Sound Massage Set M contains a Universal Bowl, Small Heart Bowl and Small Pelvic Bowl and, thanks to the lower weight of the singing bowls, is particularly suitable for use with children and older people. The Peter Hess® Sound Massage Pro Set consists of a Universal Bowl, Large Heart Bowl and Large Pelvic Bowl and is considered the standard set for professional Peter Hess® sound massages. All sets contain Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls matched in sound and are designed for professional sound work.

Singing bowl massage sets are suitable for people who want to use the Peter Hess® Sound Massage professionally or as part of well-founded training. They are used by sound therapists, sound massage practitioners, relaxation educators and professionals in the fields of wellness, education and health promotion. By combining several specially developed Therapy Singing Bowls, different areas of the body can be addressed in a targeted way. Depending on the set, they are suitable both for getting started with professional sound work and for regular use in practice, seminar work or individual support.

The Peter Hess® Sound Massage Set S is particularly suitable for beginners. It contains a Universal Bowl and a Small Heart Bowl. These two Therapy Singing Bowls already cover important areas of sound massage and offer the opportunity to gain first experience with sound, vibration and body awareness. That is why this singing bowl massage set is often chosen by people who are completing a training course, getting to know the method or want to carry out their first applications in a private or professional setting.

Sound massage sets are put together so that the Therapy Singing Bowls they contain harmonize optimally in sound and vibration characteristics and meet the requirements of the Peter Hess® Sound Massage. Special singing bowl types such as the Universal Bowl, Heart Bowl and Pelvic Bowl are used, which were developed for different areas of the body. Every Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowl goes through a multi-stage testing process and is finally listened to by experienced experts. At Hess Sound, only singing bowls whose sounds, vibrations and areas of use are meaningfully matched are selected for a singing bowl massage set, to enable professional use.
