As part of a bachelor's thesis, the effect of the so-called Basic Trust Sound Massage on the well-being of grieving individuals was investigated. Eight grieving individuals who had lost a close person within the last four years received five Basic Trust Sound Massages. The study was conducted as an exploratory diary study with quantitative questionnaires and an accompanying qualitative sound diary to capture both measurable changes and subjective perceptions. The study was carried out in 2019 by Beatrix Wehle at Steinbeis University Berlin.
