Thanks to its special forged shape, it rests more securely on this body area than the Large or Small Heart Bowl. Its harmonious vibration pattern gently loosens the décolleté and neck muscles and calms the mind. The Throat Bowl is therefore also gaining increasing popularity in the beauty and wellness sector.

Within the Peter Hess® Sound Massage, the Throat Bowl can also be used in certain cases as a Heart Bowl on the chest area, especially if the Large Heart Bowl is too heavy or unstable. The Throat Bowl is valued in the beauty and wellness sector because its delicate vibrations gently loosen muscles and calm the mind. This allows for physical and emotional regeneration. Therapeutically, the Throat Bowl is also used in speech therapy.

The sound character varies depending on the type of mallet: A small felt mallet creates soft, harmonious overtones. A caoutchouc friction mallet produces deeper, resonant sounds.

Our Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls are also available with permanent tarnish protection. This ultra-thin protective film makes the surface even more resistant and preserves the shine of your singing bowl for longer. Factors such as high humidity, salt or chlorine in the water, disinfectants or close contact with the skin can occasionally lead to oxidation (and thus stains) on the singing bowl.
