Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.

Shipping Costs Within Germany
We charge 6.90 euros for shipping within Germany. For orders totaling 300.00 euros or more (product value after any discounts), we offer free shipping within Germany.

Products that are shipped as bulky items or require additional handling are excluded from free shipping. For these products, the additional costs listed on the respective product page apply even if the order total is 300.00 euros or more.

International Shipping Costs
For international shipments, we charge the applicable shipping costs on a case-by-case basis. You will be informed of the shipping costs during the checkout process before you submit your order.

Additional Costs for Shipments to Countries Outside the European Union
For shipments to countries outside the EU, you, as the buyer, may incur additional export, import, customs, and shipping costs. These costs are your responsibility and are not charged by us.

Countries We Ship To
. Within the European Union, we currently ship exclusively to Germany.

In addition, we ship to: Egypt, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, The Gambia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Canada, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Nicaragua, Norway, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Venezuela, the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Why We Are Currently Not Shipping to Other EU Countries
The EU Packaging Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) has been in effect since August 12, 2026. It requires companies that ship goods to other EU member states to appoint an authorized representative in each individual destination country and to register separately there.

We are currently implementing these requirements in stages. Until the process is complete, we will temporarily not be shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

We are working to resume service to these countries. Business customers and authorized dealers in these countries should contact info@hess-sound.de directly—deliveries may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany takes 1–7 business days after payment is received. For international shipments, the delivery time is extended accordingly.

Digital Content
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
