You may have already noticed that we adjusted the prices for our Peter Hess® therapy Singing Bowls in July. We do not make such a decision lightly, but only when it is necessary. That is why we would like to explain to you, in a transparent manner, the circumstances behind this decision and why the price adjustment was necessary.
Rising Costs for Raw Metals and Freight
In every Peter Hess® therapy Singing Bowl features high-quality raw materials and traditional craftsmanship, numerous production steps, and our high quality standards. Since our “ Therapy Singing Bowls ” are made from a high-quality bronze alloy, rising metal prices have a direct impact on their production costs. Added to this are sharply increased shipping costs. We cannot fully absorb these increases without making cutbacks elsewhere.
With the price adjustment in July, we are responding to these cost increases. Our guiding principle is always this: We calculate our costs carefully and only pass on cost increases to you when absolutely necessary.
Continually Rising Costs
Looking ahead, we want to be transparent: The costs of raw metals and freight remain high—and further increases are possible.
If this results in another significant increase in our manufacturing and transportation costs, further price adjustments may be necessary.
Quality That Retains Its Value
We are aware that the higher prices are particularly noticeable for people who need multiple Therapy Singing Bowls for their professional audio work. That is why it is important to us to openly communicate the reasons behind these price adjustments.
High-quality raw materials, traditional craftsmanship, meticulous quality controls, and highly experienced artisans are what make our Therapy Singing Bowls musical instruments of exceptional quality. We are committed to upholding these standards even amid changing economic conditions.
