The Hess Sound Small Earth Mallets are small, extremely lightweight mallets for your gong or singing bowl. These three mallets provide precise impulses and direct sound development with medium to very high tones. The different handle materials of the three models allow for finely tuned playing characteristics for gongs and singing bowls.

To ensure your gong friction mallet can consistently unfold the full sound spectrum on your gong, regular care and proper storage are essential. Clean your gong regularly and always store your mallets in a protected place. If needed, you can gently remove any deposits on the mallet head, which usually result from dust or dirt, with hot water. With proper care and cleaning, both the material and sound quality will be preserved for a long time.
