Peter Hess® Sangha Meditation Singing Bowls are primarily used in professional sound work, whether for guided imagery, yoga, or concerts. With their gentle, long-lasting sound, they are also well-suited as a complement to sound massage, for example, in the areas of detoxification and energization. This small set consists of two Singing Bowls (7 and 9 cm diameter), the middle set of three Singing Bowls (7, 9 and 15 cm diameter) and the large set of five Sangha- Singing Bowls Available in sizes 7, 9, 15, 20, and 25 cm in diameter. The diameter is measured at the top edge of the singing bowl.
