This meditation set includes the Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowl – Wide Head Bowl, a felt mallet, and a felt coaster. The thick-walled, flat Wide Head Bowl of Premium quality produces a high, clear tone. It can, for example, be placed on the forehead or held in the aura. The set is well-suited for beginning and ending a meditation.
