Creative sound play: clear impulses or gentle vibration
The Hess Sound Double Felt Mallets give you targeted sound control: depending on the model, this singing bowl mallet lets you create powerful, overtone-rich impulses or warm, sustained sounds. All models are made of high-quality beech wood and felt, completely without screws. Two mallet heads of different sizes on one mallet let you play creatively and fluidly, without having to think about changing mallets during your sound practice.
Sound
With their two felt heads of different firmness, the Hess Sound Double Felt Mallets offer a versatile range of sounds, from clear, overtone-rich tones to deep, vibrating sound waves. Small, hard mallets tend to produce high frequencies that particularly address the heart and head area. Medium, harder felt mallets, on the other hand, mainly activate the abdomen and the solar plexus area. Soft felt heads bring out warm, gentle sounds that are ideal for relaxing sound spaces. This way, you can address body and mood in a targeted way, depending on the area of use and your needs.
