The Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowl – Solar Plexus Bowl, with its fine vibration behavior, brings gentle relaxation to the stomach and upper abdominal area. It is slightly smaller than the Small Pelvic Bowl but larger than the Universal Bowl and impresses with its deep and soothing sound. Its frequencies particularly address the solar plexus area and the surrounding abdominal region.

The Solar Plexus Bowl produces deep and gentle vibrations and is ideally suited for use on the upper abdomen. Its frequencies are precisely matched to this area.

Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls are available in Classic and Premium quality levels. If you plan to primarily use your Singing Bowl for professional sound work, we recommend the Premium version. Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls are handmade in India according to ancient traditions, using only pure, high-quality metals. The complex manufacturing process involves many steps and rigorous quality controls in both India and Germany. This ensures that you ultimately receive a Therapy Singing Bowl of the highest quality.

Permanent coating

Our Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls are also available with permanent tarnish protection. This ultra-thin protective film makes the surface even more resistant and preserves the shine of your singing bowl for longer. Factors such as high humidity, salt or chlorine in the water, disinfectants or close contact with the skin can occasionally lead to oxidation (and thus stains) on the singing bowl.
