With its very gentle yet consistent sound, the Sangha Singing Bowl is also well suited as a complement in sound massage, for example for closing and energizing.

The smaller Sangha Meditation Singing Bowls tend to have a higher sound, promote attention and create suspense when accompanying imagery journeys or guided meditations. The larger singing bowls have a very deep sound and resonate for a long time, which promotes deep calm, concentration and relaxation.
