Shipping costs within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge 6.90 euros. For orders of 300.00 euros or more (value of goods after deduction of any discounts), we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.
Shipping costs to the USA
For orders of 300.00 euros or more (value of goods after deduction of any discounts), we deliver to the USA free of shipping costs. For orders below this value, the shipping costs will be shown to you during the ordering process (checkout) before you place your order.
Products that are shipped as bulky goods or require additional handling are excluded from free shipping. For these products, the additional costs shown on the respective product page apply even for orders of 300.00 euros or more.

Additional costs for deliveries to countries outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, you as the buyer may incur additional export, import, customs and transport costs. These costs are to be borne by you and are not charged by us.
For deliveries to the USA, customs duties are already included in the price. You will not incur any customs charges upon delivery.

Why we currently do not deliver to other EU countries
Since August 12, 2026, the EU Packaging Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) has applied. It requires companies that ship goods to other EU member states to appoint an authorized representative in each individual destination country and to register there separately.
We are currently implementing these requirements step by step. Until this is completed, we are temporarily not delivering to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We are working on resuming deliveries to these countries. Business customers and specialist retailers in these countries, please contact us directly at info@hess-sound.de: in these cases, deliveries may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Harmonious sound spaces in the rhythm of the seasons
The colorful Zaphir chimes are finely tuned sound instruments handcrafted in the traditional way in the French Pyrenees. Each chime stands for its own mood and offers a harmonious interplay of pure tones, inspired by the seasons and a special Sufi tone sequence. Their floating sounds unfold gently in the room and create a pleasant atmosphere.

The sound of the Zaphir chimes is soft, clear and long-resonating. Even the slightest movement is enough to create lively melodies. Depending on the tuning, the sounds can have very different effects: activating, balancing or deeply relaxing, always fine, harmonious and sustaining.
