Workshops
Sound massage for back problems

Cosmetics and sound
In this workshop, we demonstrate the use of various Singing Bowls before, during, and after a cosmetic treatment. Feeling good during the treatment and enjoying the vibrations and sounds of the Singing Bowls is a special experience. Above all, it is also a practical demonstration for cosmeticians who do not yet have the Singing Bowls in their repertoire.

Sound yoga
We invite you to be touched and seduced by the wonderful sounds and vibrations of the Singing Bowls, to connect with your own inner sound and immerse yourself in your individual rhythm. Flowing like an ocean wave, you can let your breath come and go. With Pranayama (breathing exercise) you can flow your body into the yoga exercises in your rhythm, meditatively and smoothly.
Workshop leader: Janine Gabelmann
Janine Gabelmann is an Emily Hess® Klangyoga teacher and relaxation trainer for sound and imagery journey. She has also completed a gong sound yoga training with Emily Hess. She leads seminars around the world.

Gong-Sound Yoga
In this workshop, we travel through our Nadis (meridians/energy channels) with the sounds, vibrations, and frequencies of the gong. We get our Prana, the life energy, flowing. For each chakra, we connect with a "Seed Sound" and practice a yoga asana as well as Pranayama (breathing exercise). Thus, we realign ourselves and bring balance to body, mind, and soul. The vibration of the gong can support your self-healing powers. In this way, tensions and blockages can be released and your joy of life can unfold.

Sound transformation with Peter Hess
Peter Hess is the founder of the sound massage named after him and last year developed the seminar "Sound Transformation", which he offers as an online seminar. In the one-hour workshop, he would like to offer participants excerpts from his program to participate in. Transformation is understood as the process of change, from the current state to a desired target state in the near future.
Transformation can also be a process through which a person gradually approaches a new level of consciousness over a certain period of time. Transformation is then a development, a movement, a change. Through sound transformation, we can connect with the origin and our self and expand our consciousness. It is a protected space where you are not distracted and are undisturbed with yourself. The attention is directed inward.
Sound, sound spaces, sound meditations and short sound exercises provide the framework for positive development. Once we have experienced the effect of the various sound exercises, we only need a little time each day for sound exercises - to allow our own ideas to develop and be realised within us.
Workshop leader: Peter Hess
The graduate engineer for physical technology and vocational school teacher for physics and politics developed the Peter Hess® Sound Massage named after him in 1984, a holistic relaxation method that can contribute to strengthening health. Today, numerous Peter Hess® Sound Methods are based on the Sound Massage, which represent a specialized application of Singing Bowls and Sound Massage in the areas of wellness, prevention, education, consulting, coaching, therapy and healing.
Peter Hess is the director of the Peter Hess® Institute (PHI) in Germany, which includes Peter Hess® Academies in more than 20 countries worldwide. He is the 1st chairman of the International Professional Association for Sound Massage Therapy e.V. and author of numerous books. He works worldwide as a speaker and seminar leader.
