Hess Sound Sessions at INNOCOS Berlin
Following the opening, numerous events and sessions will take place on the first day of the conference, June 8, 2023. Jana Hess, owner of Hess Sound, will also be present and will provide a deeper insight into the world of sounds and their effects on body and mind as part of special sessions.
1:30 PM: Sound-Vibe-Yoga with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
At 1:30 PM, Jana Hess, together with Emily Hess® sound yoga teacher Janine Gabelmann, will offer a Sound-Vibe-Yoga session. Here, we cordially invite the guests of the Beauty Innovation Summit Berlin to reconnect with their inner rhythm, strengthen their nervous system, and harmonize body, mind, and soul.
The highlight of this session is the combination of two worlds – gentle yoga meets the harmonious sounds and vibrations of high-quality, therapeutic singing bowls. We introduce the tried and tested Peter Hess® Singing Bowls, which can guide participants to their inner self and thus ensure spiritual peace and a strong foundation.
9:30 PM: Sound Bath Meditation with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
After a long and tiring day, we will end INNOCOS Berlin on June 8 with a Hess Sound Session. As part of the "Peace of mind" sound bath meditation, which will take place at 9:30 p.m., visitors are cordially invited to leave the day and everything they have experienced behind them and enjoy the relaxing vibrations of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowls and cymbals.
This session begins with a short breathing exercise to open the body's energy channels – the foundation for the harmonious sounds to be fully absorbed. All that the participants of this session then have to do is completely surrender to relaxation. The sound bath can have an extremely cleansing effect on body, mind and soul, calm the thoughts and help to forget the worries of the day. Thus, the sound bath meditation is the ideal end to the day for a soothing night.
Both the Sound-Vibe-Yoga-Session and the Sound-Bath-Meditation are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Prior registration is required!
