Sound-based Meditation with Singing Bowls

Sound-based Meditation with Singing Bowls

Take a break from daily life and immerse yourself in the world of sound-supported meditation. This sound evening offers you the chance to discover meditation in a uniquely gentle and profound manner. The sounds guide you from your thoughts to your feelings, opening up a space of presence and inner spaciousness. Sound has an immediate effect on the body and nervous system. It helps you let go, promotes deep relaxation, and makes meditation accessible, all without any effort or prior experience.

This evening is an invitation to let yourself be carried away by the sound, to find peace and experience new clarity. For everyone who

  • would like to experience meditation for the first time or deepen their practice
  • longs for relaxation, balance, and inner peace
  • would like to learn about sound as a supportive path to meditation.

Allow yourself to be touched and find your way back to your center.
