The Sansula “Melody” has, just like our Pocket-Kalimba B11 “Melody”, an 11-tone reed set, which is precisely tuned to the G major scale in the factory tuning.
A variety of songs and melodies, as well as chords to accompany songs or melodies, can be played with this sound set. The “Melody” is just as well suited for improvising and intuitive playing.
With the Sansula, the vibration of the tongue is first ‘stored’ in a block of wood, which then transfers it to a sound membrane.
