Conditions of participation for the "Goodie Bags in November 2024" competition

Hess Sound, represented by Ms. Jana Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen Vilsen (hereinafter referred to as HS), occasionally offers online competitions and prize draws. Participation in these competitions/raffles is subject to the following conditions of participation.

Organizer

The competition is jointly organized by the following companies:

  1. Peter Hess Sound Methods GmbH & Co. KG, Dorfstraße 7, 27333 Schweringen

  2. Internationaler Fachverband Klang-Massage-Therapie e.V., Ortheide 29, D-27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen

  3. ollihessrepresented by Mr. Oliver Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, D-27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen

  4. Hess Soundrepresented by Mrs. Jana Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, D-27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen

Participation requirements/raffle

Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Only participants who have provided all the required information will be considered for the prize draw. All entries will be drawn at random. Only one prize is possible per participant. Cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. The winners will be selected at random from all participants at the end of the competition period. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook and must register within 10 days report back. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be awarded to another participant. The goodie bags will only be sent to addresses within Germany. There are no shipping costs for the winners.

Eligibility to participate

All persons over 18 years of age resident in Germany. To participate in the competition/raffle, the truthful provision of personal data is required. personal data of the participant is required. Employees of Peter Hess Klangmethoden GmbH & Co. KGof the International Association of Sound Massage Therapy e.V., of ollihess, Hess Sound, its affiliated companies and competition partnersincluding the members of the aforementioned groupsare excluded from participation.

The organizers are entitled to to exclude individual persons from participationif there are justified reasons. Justified reasons may be

  • Violation of the conditions of participation

  • Double participation

  • Unlawful influencing of the competition

  • Manipulation

In these cases, winnings can also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed. be reclaimed.

Participation period & prize

The competition runs from November 01, 2024, 00:00 a.m. until November 10, 2024, 11:59 p.m.. A total of 20 goodie bags will be raffled on Instagram and Facebook. 5 goodie bags will be awarded per company. The goodie bags contain:

  • Internationaler Fachverband Klang-Massage-Therapie e.V.: Voucher for 25 euros

  • Peter Hess Sound Methods GmbH & Co. KG: Voucher for 40 Euro for the Peter Hess® Sound Massage I or the Peter Hess® Sound Massage Intensive Training

  • Peter Hess Sound Methods GmbH & Co. KG: Book "Singing Bowls - My practical companion"

  • ollihess: move line 50 Mallet (color: Petrol) and a voucher for 12 Euro

  • Hess Sound: Peace Singing Bowl + mallet (XS-1) and a bag

The condition is that all 4 accounts: @peter.hess.institute , @fachverband.klang, @ollihess and @hess.sound are followed and the competition post is liked on all 4 accounts by 11.10.24, 11.59 pm. The respective winners have until 20.11.2024 to communicate their name and address to HS via a contact channel. The prize is non-transferable.

Changes to the rules of participation and termination of the competition

HS reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, HS reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or prize draw at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition or prize draw from proceeding as planned. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, HS is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damages incurred.

No involvement of Facebook/Instagram (META) in competitions and prize draws on these channels

The competition is in no way connected to Facebook / Instagram and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Facebook / Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook / Instagram, but HS. Any questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Facebook / Instagram, but to HS. Limitations of liability

HS shall only be liable for damages caused by it, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of material obligations in the context of the competition/raffle (so-called cardinal obligations). Material obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the competition/raffle. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The liability of HS for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Data protection

Your personal data and other data will be collected, processed and used exclusively for the execution and processing of this competition/raffle in accordance with the statutory provisions and then deleted immediately. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

By participating in the competition/raffle, the participant consents to the processing of their data. This includes sending the prize notification to the contact details provided. Participants are free to object to the processing of their data at any time. However, participation in the competition/raffle is then no longer possible. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

Legal recourse is excluded for competitions and prize draws. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
