The first encounter with sound
My very first contact with Singing Bowls was many years ago - it was in a vacation hotel. At the time, I was suffering from severe shoulder pain and spontaneously decided to have a sound massage. This experience is etched in my memory: The state of deep relaxation and, above all, the noticeable relief from the pain lasted long after the treatment. From that moment on, my enthusiasm for Singing Bowls was awakened.
From aha moment to vocation
This enthusiasm really ignited a few years later when I completed my training as a resilience trainer in October 2021. I realized how important relaxation is as a resource for resilience - and that I wanted to bring this power back into other people's lives.
A seminar on sound education for children and an online workshop from the Peter Hess® Institute ("Relaxing with Singing Bowls" with Helga Montag) intensified my fascination for Singing Bowls. After this experience, it was clear to me that I wanted to continue my training at the Peter Hess® Institute and make Singing Bowls a permanent part of my life.

Training & quality as a basis
Because I wanted to start working with Singing Bowls as soon as possible, I first trained as a relaxation trainer for fantasy and sound journeys. This was followed by the Sound Massage I and II courses, and my next goal is to graduate as a sound massage practitioner.
In my work, it is important to me to undergo high-quality training - and I place equally high demands on my instruments. That's why I like to use products from Hess Sound: I am impressed by their outstanding quality and wonderful sound.
Personal experience with sound
From the very first strike of a Singing Bowl , I feel a deep inner peace. For me, the sound connects body, mind and soul in a special way and gives me an intense awareness of the moment. This experience has become so valuable to me that I like to pass it on in my courses and meditations - so that others can also feel the power of sound.
Sound as a heart opener in my courses
In my courses and events, I greet each participant with the sound of a heart-shaped bowl as a small gesture of appreciation. This ritual creates trust, warmth and opens hearts to the shared experience.
Sound relaxation, which is an integral part of every session, is particularly popular. Here I use sangha singingSinging Bowls, therapy singingSinging Bowls and other instruments. I make each selection consciously and flexibly in order to take into account the individual needs of the participants. The feedback ranges from "deeply touched" to "finally completely relaxed" to "thrilled" - a beautiful testament to the power of sound.

Sound that touches
Time and again, I experience how deeply sound can reach people. One particularly moving moment was a meditation in a care home: a participant was able to let go of her grief over a recent loss for the first time. As the sound accompanied her, tears were released and with them a piece of burden. In the conversation afterwards, she told me how relieved and liberated she felt.
Experiences like these encourage me to continue on my path with sound and to intensify my work even more. More events are already planned - for adults and children alike.
Conclusion: discover your own sound path
Singing Bowls have enriched my life in a lasting way - and I am convinced that they can also be a key to greater serenity, awareness and inner strength for many other people. Everyone can discover their own sound path, be it in the form of relaxation, meditation or rituals.
My tip: Open your hearts to the sound and find your very own sound of life.
Warm and sonorous greetings
