On this evening of sound, immerse yourself in the world of Sound Yoga for Kids. We will begin with a resonant imagery journey – and afterwards, Tina Buch will show you the basic principles of working with two Singing Bowls in combination with children's yoga. She will introduce you to some gentle, dynamic exercise sequences, breathing techniques, and perception exercises, allowing you to directly feel and experience the concept.
I hope you feel inspired and eager to combine sound and children's yoga even more effectively in your work.

Speaker: Tina Buch
Tina Buch is an educator and a Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Sound Yoga teacher. For 20 years, she has been leading yoga and relaxation courses for children, and for about 10 years, the healing sounds of Singing Bowls have also been incorporated into her work. She says the following about the special connection between Sound & Children's Yoga:
After completing my Sound Yoga Teacher Training with Emily Hess, I felt a strong desire to share the unique combination of Singing Bowls and children's yoga with others. This led me to develop the 'Sound Yoga for Children' concept, which I also introduce in my book of the same title (Peter Hess Publishing, 2025). In it, I explore various ways sound and yoga can blend together: through melodic imagery journeys, gentle and dynamic exercise flows, breathing techniques, and mindful awareness practices. My vision is to offer children an oasis of calm in their often overstimulated daily lives – a space where body, mind, and soul can find peace and recharge.
