How can Klang help to strengthen mental health in the workplace - and support managers and employees alike?
On this sound evening, Alexandra Nernosi will show us how the Peter Hess® sound method can be effectively combined with approaches from positive psychology, coaching and occupational health management. It is about practical, resource-oriented ways to promote inner balance, resilience and self-efficacy.
You will receive input on the following questions:
- How can sound be integrated into occupational health management - in a meaningful, practical and effective way?
- What role does mindfulness play in a professional context?
- How can mental health, strengthening leadership skills and sound be combined in a meaningful way?
- Which short sound formats are suitable for teams, individuals or managers?
Finally, you will be invited on a short sound journey - a moment of peace that may open up new perspectives and bring you into contact with what strengthens you.
