Strengthening rituals with the help of gongs and imaginations

As an experienced seminar leader for Emily Hess® Basic Trust and the Peter Hess® Sound Massage, Daniel Otterbein invites us on this sound evening to deal with the topic of strengthening rituals, whereby gongs and imaginations can be used in an enriching way:

"Perhaps for us people from the so-called Western culture, with a predominantly materialistic and scientific world view, a ritual culture can actually be something very real and something we can experience with our entire being."

But how could such a thing look like without a supporting system of a culture around us that continuously and gently invites us to self-reflection and to pause and dwell in our very own perception - as is the case in Nepal, for example?

We would probably have to set out on this path ourselves, and it is just as likely that we would only create such rituals with joy and maintain them in practice if they really help us and we can sincerely feel their content and anchor it within us.

On this online evening, we would like to explore these and other topics, e.g. the various ways in which the gong can be used in this context and the power of positive imagery to strengthen the inner world of images.
