Hess Sound, represented by Ms. Jana Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen Vilsen (hereinafter referred to as HS), occasionally offers online competitions and prize draws. Participation in these competitions/raffles is subject to the following conditions of participation.
Organizer
The online competitions and prize draws are organized by Hess Sound, represented by Ms. Jana Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen. If a cooperation partner of HS is a co-organizer, it will be explicitly named.
Participation requirements/raffle
Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Only participants who have provided all the required information will be considered for the prize draw. All entries will be chosen at random. Only one prize is possible per participant. Cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. The winners will be notified by HS. If a winner is unable to confirm their participation in the prize immediately, their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure.
Eligibility to participate
All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. To participate in the competition/raffle, the participant must provide truthful personal data. Employees of HS, its affiliated companies and competition partners, including members of the aforementioned groups, are excluded from participation. HS is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, double participation, undue influence on the competition, manipulation, etc.. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
Changes to the rules of participation and termination of the competition
HS reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, HS reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or prize draw at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition or prize draw from running as planned. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, HS is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
No involvement of Facebook/Instagram (META) in competitions and prize draws on these channels
The competition is in no way connected to Facebook / Instagram and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Facebook / Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook / Instagram, but HS. All questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be directed to Facebook / Instagram, but to HS. Additional competition “hess sound meets ollihess”
Participation from the age of 18. The closing date for entries is 3/27/2014, 11:59 am. On Facebook and Instagram, there is a total of one

to win. The condition is that both accounts @hess.sound and @ollihess are followed and that the most powerful connection for the participant is commented under the competition post by 27.3.24, 11.59 pm. The respective winners have until 4.4.2024 to communicate their name and address to HS via a contact channel. The prize is not transferable.
Limitations of liability
HS shall only be liable for damages caused by it, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of essential obligations in the context of the competition/raffle (so-called cardinal obligations). Material obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the competition/raffle. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The liability of HS for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Data protection
Your personal data and other data will be collected, processed and used exclusively for the execution and processing of this competition/raffle in accordance with the statutory provisions and then deleted immediately. It will not be passed on to third parties.
By participating in the competition/raffle, the participant consents to the processing of his/her data. This includes sending the prize notification to the contact details provided. Participants are free to object to the processing of their data at any time. However, participation in the competition / prize draw is then
no longer possible. The revocation is to be sent to: Hess Sound, represented by Ms. Jana Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen or to info@hess-sound.de. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
Legal recourse is excluded for the competitions and prize draws.
