Sound Massage I
Go on a voyage of discovery with the sounds to your own depths and possibilities!
The (re)perception of one’s own body, the (newly) emerging mindfulness towards oneself is a gift to oneself. To feel how perhaps after a long time the body breathes again, you perceive the breath as a flow that transports your life energy, is a profound experience.
Thus, this seminar also serves your recovery and contributes to the strengthening of your health and burnout prevention. This seminar is primarily dedicated to getting to know and experience the method and gives concrete suggestions on how you can use the singing bowls and sound massage for yourself, your family and friends.
The goal is to teach Peter Hess® Sound Massage as a holistic method. In various exercises you will experience the effect of the sounds. You will receive and give an introductory sound massage for:
- the back
- the feet
- the hands
- the whole body
You will be able to use these confidently at home with a practice client after the seminar. You will learn the basic sound massage by yourself, get first instructions for its application and give a sound massage by yourself.
Sound Massage II
From relaxation to reorganization
The aim of this seminar is to expand the possibilities of the basic sound massage, to get to know new sound elements and thus to be able to design, experience and mindfully use the sound massage in a more diverse way.
To train the sensitivity for energetic connections, to refine the perception as well as to emphasize and promote the mindfulness and appreciation for this topic is important to us. A central aspect in this context is also the “power of consciousness”, the mental focus and inner attitude (inner images) that underlie the actions as a Peter Hess® sound massage practitioner and the holistic nature of the method.
You will experience an expansion of the instruments used and get to know more sound elements. In this way, the sound space can be experienced more intensively. Possibilities are learned to reach the energetic level of the human being by means of these instruments and to offer balancing techniques to strengthen health in a holistic sense (as outside, so inside and vice versa). So far you have worked exclusively with singing bowls. Now you will learn the use and effect of the Zen Bowl and the Fen Gong. The seminar content expands the ability to resonate and enables intuitive action based on one’s own intensive experience in individual and group situations as well as on factually and professionally sound background.
The new aspects and the attitude conveyed help to create a value-free framework in which development becomes possible at all levels. You thus form an ideal basis for any interpersonal cooperation, which can be tested and practiced in this seminar. You perceive yourself as an energetic system that can influence its life, and you again consciously perceive how strong outside influences are in your life. By experiencing this very special form of sound massage you strengthen your presence and expand your scope of action in contact with other people and your environment.
